CONTRIBUTIONS

  • promotes violence, advocates the violent overthrow of any government, or incites, encourages, or threatens physical harm against another;
  • is obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, contains sexually explicit material, or is otherwise objectionable (as determined by us);
  • is discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
  • bullies, intimidates, humiliates, or insults any person;
  • promotes, facilitates, or assists anyone in promoting and facilitating acts of terrorism;
  • infringes, or assists anyone in infringing, a third party's intellectual property rights or publicity or privacy rights;
  • is deceitful, misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person and/or misleads anyone as to your relationship with us or implies that the Contribution was made by someone else than you;
  • contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation that has been "paid for," whether with monetary compensation or in kind; or
  • misrepresents your identity or who the Contribution is from.

REVIEW AND RATINGS

When your Contribution is a review or rating, you also agree that:
  • you have firsthand experience with the goods and services being reviewed;
  • your Contribution is true to your experience;
  • you are not affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews (or linked in any way to, e.g., by being the owner or seller/manufacturer of, a product or service if posting positive reviews);
  • you cannot make or offer any conclusions as to the legality of conduct;
  • you cannot post any false or misleading statements; and
  • you do not and will not organize a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.

REPORTING A BREACH OF THIS POLICY

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each "Dispute" and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

Binding Arbitration

If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute (except those Disputes expressly excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") and, where appropriate, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes ("AAA Consumer Rules"), both of which are available at the AAA website: www.adr.org. Your arbitration fees and your share of arbitrator compensation shall be governed by the AAA Consumer Rules and, where appropriate, limited by the AAA Consumer Rules. If such costs are determined by the arbitrator to be excessive, we will pay all arbitration fees and expenses. The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by either Party. The arbitrator must follow applicable law, and any award may be challenged if the arbitrator fails to do so. Except where otherwise required by the applicable AAA rules or applicable law, the arbitration will take place in Sonoma, California. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Parties may litigate in court to compel arbitration, stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator.
      
If for any reason, a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Sonoma, California, and the Parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction, and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts. Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) is excluded from these Terms of Use.

In no event shall any Dispute brought by either Party related in any way to the Site be commenced more than one (1) years after the cause of action arose. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable, and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

Restrictions

The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration

The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of the intellectual property rights of a Party; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If this provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of this provision found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the courts listed for jurisdiction above, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.


19. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.


20. DISCLAIMER

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. 23. USER DATA

The Saga Vault: Terms of Participation & Voting Rules Last updated June 2026

Welcome to The Saga Vault, an interactive digital archive project presented by Rancho Obi-Wan, Inc. By participating in our weekly interactive polls, you agree to the following terms and community guidelines:

1. Eligibility Participation in the voting module is open to fans worldwide. However, because we collect email addresses to verify ballots and prevent automated spam, you must be at least 13 years of age to submit a vote. By submitting your email address, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. Voting Structure and Limitations

  • Limits: Voting is strictly limited to one (1) ballot per person, per unique email address, per episode block.

  • Anti-Manipulation: The use of automated scripts, macro-programs, robotic bots, multiple fake email generation tactics, or any third-party voting manipulation tools is strictly prohibited. Rancho Obi-Wan, Inc. monitors submission logs via browser cookies and IP tracking data.

Disqualification and Reservation of Rights Rancho Obi-Wan, Inc. reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to review voting analytics, determine ballot validity, and disqualify any votes or participants suspected of manipulating the system. 4. Data Collection & Marketing Opt-In To cast your vote, you are required to input a valid email address.

  • Your data will be handled securely in accordance with our master Privacy Policy.

  • If you explicitly select the compliance checkbox to receive museum updates, your email will be added to our official newsletter distribution database (Mailchimp/Shopify Email). You may cleanly unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.

5. Nature of the Poll The Saga Vault is created exclusively for educational, historical, archival, and entertainment purposes. Votes, brackets, and final percentages carry no financial or commercial value, do not constitute an endorsement, and do not convey ownership rights of any kind. All final calculations displayed by our tracking modules are deemed final.
